Delivery: Your delivery cost is based on your event address and the distance from our warehouse to your location. Enter your event address during booking to see the delivery charge for your rental.
Cancellation & weather policy: If Jump Realm cancels before delivery because of unsafe weather, you receive a full refund. If we can still deliver but you choose to cancel before delivery, you may move to a rain-check date or receive a refund of payments above your non-refundable deposit. No refunds are given after drop-off, except when Jump Realm ends your rental early because of unsafe weather: in that case, you may choose a full refund or a rain-check rental within 30 days. Read the full policy.
