You can easily book your inflatable rental directly through our website by selecting your
desired unit and event date. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email, and our
friendly team will assist you with the booking process.
We’ll need your event date, time, location (address), the type of inflatable you’re
interested in, and your contact information (name, phone, email).
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular units or during peak
seasons (e.g., summer, holidays) to ensure availability. A minimum of 2-4 weeks in advance
is generally a good idea.
We accept Debit, Credit for deposits and for remaining balances we can do Debit, Credit, Cash, Zelle, Cash app, and Venmo.
We aim to provide a fair and transparent process for all our customers. Our policy is as follows:
Weather-Related Cancellations: A full refund of your deposit and any remaining balances paid is issued only if Jump Realm cancels the event due to adverse weather conditions (such as heavy rain or high winds).
Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your event at any point after booking for any other reason, the deposit is non-refundable. However, any additional balance paid over the deposit amount will be fully refunded back to you.
Jump Realm proudly serves Manteca, CA, and the broader 209 area code, including
Stockton, Modesto, Tracy, Ripon, Salida, and Lathrop. Please enter your address during the
booking process to confirm delivery availability and any associated fees.
To ensure we can bring the fun directly to your location, we charge a straightforward delivery fee based on distance. The fee is calculated at $2 per mile from our business address to your event address. This allows us to provide reliable service across Manteca and the surrounding 209 area.
Each inflatable unit has specific space requirements. These details are listed on the
product page for each rental. Please ensure you have adequate clear space, free from
obstacles, overhead wires, or sharp objects.
Setup typically takes 20-30 minutes per unit, and breakdown takes a similar amount of
time. This time is not included in your rental period.
We require a clear, flat surface for setup and access to a standard electrical outlet within
50-100 feet of the setup area. For water slides, access to a water hose is also necessary.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
We follow a rigorous 3-step cleaning process after every rental: sweeping, deep cleaning
with sanitizer, and thorough preparation. We guarantee a clean and sanitized unit for your
event.
All our inflatables are commercial-grade and regularly inspected. We adhere to the
strictest safety guidelines and provide clear safety instructions upon setup. Adult
supervision is always required for all inflatable units.
Your safety is our absolute priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and have the following safety protocols in place:
Rain Policy: In the event of heavy rain after setup, Jump Realm reserves the right to contact you to arrange an immediate pickup of the equipment. Alternatively, we may request that the equipment be moved indoors (if applicable) until the heavy rain has fully subsided.
Wind Policy: For safety reasons, all guests must evacuate the equipment if wind speeds exceed 15 mph. We have an automated warning system that will email you If winds exceed 15 mph. if wind speeds continue for longer than one hour, the equipment must be deflated immediately. You may only reinflate and resume use once wind speeds have consistently dropped below the 15 mph threshold.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
