The Story of Jump Realm
Hi, we’re Adam Satterwhite and Sierra Ciocca, the couple behind Jump Realm. We own and run our family business here in Manteca, and we started it in September 2025. September 12, 2025 is our official founding date.
We wanted to build something our family could enjoy together: a job with a little more fun in it, something Adam’s son could be part of, and a way to share that same fun with our customers. That idea became Jump Realm.
We’re both involved in running the business, from helping you choose a rental to answering the little planning questions that come up along the way. Whether you’re putting together a backyard birthday or a bigger get together, we’re happy to help you figure out what fits your space and your plans.
Our Approach: Family, Fun & Customer Support
We help customers choose equipment, understand setup requirements and plan delivery access. Our team answers booking questions and handles inflatable setup for events in Manteca and nearby communities. We aim to make the rental process clear, from choosing an event date to arranging delivery and pickup.
What We Offer
Our equipment includes bounce houses, water slides, bounce house combos and inflatable games, along with yard games, canopies, tables and chairs. Compare individual product pages for prices, dimensions and setup requirements. Wet use applies only to units designed for it.
How We Care for Our Equipment
Cleaning Between Rentals
We clean and sanitize equipment after each rental. Our process removes dust and debris, deep cleans the unit with cleaner and sanitizer, and prepares it for the next rental.
Our team handles inflatable setup. Follow the operating instructions provided with your rental, supervise guests during use, and contact Jump Realm if you have a setup or operating question. Each inflatable requires one power outlet within 50 feet of its setup area.
Our Vision: Expanding the Realm of Fun
Looking to the future, Jump Realm is excited about expanding our reach to bring more fun to more families. We aspire to extend our delivery services to new areas within the 209 and beyond. Delivery cost is based on your event address and the distance from our warehouse to your location; enter your event address during booking to see the delivery charge. Our long term dream even includes the possibility of creating an indoor inflatable park, offering year round entertainment for the community. We are constantly exploring new ways to enhance your experience and provide even more memorable moments.
