Plan your Jump Realm rental with these delivery, pricing and setup details. We are based in Manteca and deliver to Lathrop, Ripon, Tracy, Stockton, Modesto and Salida. Confirm service and the delivery charge for your event address during booking.

What does the rental price cover?
Equipment prices are shown for a full day rental. Delivery cost is based on the event address and the distance from our warehouse to your location. Enter your event address during booking to see the delivery charge. Our team handles inflatable setup. Review the total before completing your booking.
When do I pay the deposit and remaining balance?
Your booking link shows the deposit amount for your rental. Deposits are non refundable for customer cancellations. Company cancellations and rentals ended early by Jump Realm for unsafe weather follow our refund policy below. The remaining balance is due at drop off on the day of your event. You can make additional payments before then using the same link you use to pay the deposit and sign the contract. Multiple payments are welcome if you want to pay the balance gradually before your event.
When will my rental arrive?
Delivery and pickup are scheduled by route rather than exact appointment times. Same day deliveries are completed no later than 12:00 PM and may arrive earlier. If your event starts before noon, contact us before booking to discuss delivery options; early delivery is not guaranteed.
When is pickup, and can a rental stay overnight?
Our scheduled pickup window is 6:00 PM–9:00 PM. Depending on the delivery and pickup route, equipment may stay overnight and be collected the next day at no additional charge when arranged with you. Overnight arrangements must be confirmed with our team. When not in use, keep the inflatable deflated, covered and secured, with the blower secured indoors.
What space and power do inflatables need?
Check the item dimensions and Space Needed on the specific product page. Provide a clear, flat setup area with suitable overhead clearance and access. Each inflatable requires one power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. Primary Castle is 11 by 11 feet and uses an approximately 15-by-15-foot setup area; Classic Castle is 13 by 13 feet and also uses an approximately 15-by-15-foot area. Confirm overhead clearance and site access for your selected unit. If a longer cord run is needed, contact us before booking. The customer is responsible for the additional 50-foot cord; every additional 50-foot cord carries an additional charge.
Which rentals can be used with water?
Only units designed for wet use may be used with water. Rainbow Rush Castle is a dry combo. Palm Paradise, Sunshine Castle, Royal Balloon Combo and Tropical Splash are wet/dry combos. Compare individual product descriptions and booking options; contact us to confirm allowed use when it is unclear. Water rentals need access to a water source. Confirm venue permission and any local watering restrictions before booking.
What should I check for a park or venue?
We only set up in parks when approved power is available and the required city permit has been arranged. The event coordinator or customer can obtain the permit, or you can contact us well in advance to give us time to work with the city on a permit for your event. The city must allow use of the park’s power, and each inflatable needs one power outlet within 50 feet of its setup area. We do not rent gas generators. Confirm park arrangements with us before booking. For other venues, confirm permission for the selected rental, including wet use if applicable, and tell us about site access, delivery deadlines and any paperwork requests.
Who supervises the inflatable?
A capable adult must supervise inflatable use at all times. Do not move the inflatable, its anchors or blower after our team sets it up. If the inflatable loses air, stop use and have all riders exit immediately. Follow the operating instructions supplied with your unit. Contact us before booking if you need to confirm age, height, weight or adult use limits for a particular rental.
What happens if I cancel or bad weather affects my event?
If Jump Realm cancels before delivery because of unsafe weather, you receive a full refund. If we can still deliver but you choose to cancel before delivery, you may move to a rain check date or receive a refund of payments above your non refundable deposit. No refunds are given after drop off, except when Jump Realm ends your rental early because of unsafe weather: in that case, you may choose a full refund or a rain check rental within 30 days. How do I check availability or get help?

How much room does a 10×10 canopy cover?
A 10-by-10-foot canopy covers a 100-square foot footprint: 10 × 10 = 100. For example, a clear space measuring only 8 by 12 feet does not accommodate a 10-by-10-foot canopy because one side is too narrow. Measure both directions and tell us about nearby walls, fences, trees and walkways. The canopy footprint is not a seating capacity estimate or the full setup clearance.
