Rental Requirements & Delivery Information
A standard electrical outlet is required to operate this inflatable. A standard outdoor water spigot and water source are also required for water-slide use.
Delivery and pickup times are scheduled by route and are not exact appointment times. Same-day deliveries are completed no later than 12:00 PM, although your rental may arrive earlier depending on the delivery schedule.
If your event begins before 12:00 PM, please contact us before booking so we can discuss delivery options. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery before an early event start time.
Our earliest pickup time is 6:00 PM and our latest scheduled pickup is 9:00 PM. Depending on the delivery and pickup route, your rental may also be left overnight and picked up the following day at no additional charge when arranged with you.
